ELECTRICAL ACTIVITY LEADER (REF.: EAL/01)

 

 

We are looking for an Electrical Activity Leader experienced in Power Plants having a polish license to lead electrical works.

 

Responsibilities:

– Concept the electrical part of a construction site before final acceptance of the works by the General Contractor and the transfer to the customer.

– Participation in handing over/taking over processes.

– Study of installation design projects and contracts before contract award to final subcontractors.

– Follow up of installation contracts with subcontractors in the areas related to H&S, schedule and budgeting.

– Follow up of the project execution schedule/timing.

– Leading negotiations with subcontractors.

– Leading monthly and final cost settlements with subcontractors.

– Coordination of the works between subcontractors and General Contractor Activity Leaders.

– Coordination between General Contractor and Customer.

– Continuous contact/coordination with Customer inspectors/supervisors is needed for any necessary agreements and arrangements.

– Supervision and distribution of works for the General Contractor Electrical Supervisors.

– Prepare weekly reports for the Site Management and Project Management areas.

– Transfer of the complete electrical documentation & final dossiers to the Client.

– Verification of relevant permits related to the electrical branch and risk analysis.

– Knowledge of the rules affecting the area and the electrical company’s procedures.

– Knowledge of the official bodies and electrical companies involved.

– Coordination with the Client: regular meetings, attending meetings with authorities.

 

Requirements:

– Higher education in Electrical Engineering or similar.

– Minimum 5 years experience performing similar tasks.

– Preferable polish candidates and with polish license for leading electrical works.

– English: must be fluently. Spanish is an asset.

 

– Location job: Poland.

 

– Salary: 12.000-16.000 PLN monthly.
