QUALITY & PERMIT SPECIALIST (REF.: Q&PS/02)

 

 

We are looking for an Quality & Permit Specialist, with experience in Power Plants.

 

Responsibilities:

– Establish agreements with UDT, authorities and follow up of all necessary permits, with collaboration with design offices and the Client.

– Coordination of quality documentation with one of the group companies and also with the suppliers.

– Cooperation with the companies of the group and Client inspectors in the field of quality control and assurance on the project.

– Update QC and QA plan.

– Coordination of inspections with the Client.

– Control of documents and inconsistencies occurring in the project.

– Participation in quality meetings with the Client.

– Completing of documents required for the approval of the supplier/subcontractor by the Client.

– Cooperation with the activation and inspection specialists.

– Transfer of the complete documentation to the Client with regards to manufacture, installation, commissioning. Preparation of final dossiers.

– Preparation of reports for the Management with regards to quality and permits.

– Verification and permits analysis of previously obtained by the client. Risk Analysis.

– Analysis of the clauses in contract, referring to permits and legalization. Determination of scopes.

– Know the rules affecting the area and procedures of other companies (electric, etc.).

– Know the official bodies involved, as well as private companies (electric, etc.).

– Preparation of a list of initial permits (Permit Map). Update maps and planning permissions.

– Coordination with Responsible Management Systems and Coordination with Contracts, launch meetings.

– Coordination with Quality Coordinator, Project Management, Central Services.

– Coordination with Client: regular meetings, attending meetings with authorities, report documentation.

– Control of documentation relating to permits and authorizations. Creating digital file and paper originals. Delivery form and the copies needed within both the client and from government bodies to achieve the permissions.

– Control of translations (authorizations, permits and legalization).

 

Requirements:

– Higher education in Electrical Engineering or similar.

– Minimum 5 years experience performing similar tasks.

– Preferable polish candidates.

– English: must be fluently. Spanish is an asset.

 

– Location job: Poland.

 

– Salary: 12.000-16.000 PLN monthly.
